About: Aurora & Space Weather
Aurora & Space Weather republishes the planetary K-index observations and forecasts of the NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC) once a day in 14 languages, with charts and tables.
NOAA's forecaster discussion is machine-translated; the numbers are copied from NOAA products without modification.
These are NOAA forecasts, not our own. For official space weather alerts and warnings, refer to NOAA SWPC or your national space weather service.
How this site works
Once a day an automated job downloads the latest public data from the sources listed below, checks it and rebuilds these static pages. Nothing is invented or estimated by us: every number comes from a cited source.

Languages
The interface is available in 14 languages and was translated by hand. Where free text from a source is translated, it is done by offline machine translation and labelled as such.
